The RoleReporting to the TA Director and overseeing all of Netflix hiring efforts across the Content and Advertising’s businesses for EMEAManage a team of Recruiters and their workload to ensure capacity planning is accurate and that the team is meeting their annual hiring targets Partner with stakeholders up to VP level and influence decision makingBuild and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams across EMEAManaging all executive level hiring across EMEA for Content and Ads and partnering with our global executive engagement team where appropriateBuild out talent pipelines for all business critical roles across EMEA and ensuring that these are kept up to date Building strong working partnerships with the TA teams across UCAN and other regions. Being an advocate for knowledge sharing and thought partnership Championing our ATS and ensuring this is being used to its full potential across the teamComfortable with presenting in front of senior stakeholders and larger forums on TA related topicsYouA minimum of 10+ years experience within Talent Acquisition working within the Entertainment industryA deep level of understating within the Advertising space across sales, account management, measurement and operations Experience with managing a team of high performing RecruitersDiversity recruiting experience and managing inclusive hiring practices at all levels Experience with capacity planning, forecasting and using data to make informed decisionsEmbrace the Netflix culture and our valued behaviors
