It is a primary customer interaction point for Adobe. Within the SEO team, we are focused on unlocking organic growth opportunities to help grow the Digital Media business.The Head of SEO leads the creation and implementation of market-specific organic growth strategies, targeting new and established audiences. They support the teams delivering those plans to increase organic traffic while influencing the visibility of key products. They serve as the champion for our EMEA SEO team, both within the region and at the corporate level, guaranteeing that all local requirements are addressed to establish a successful regional SEO operation.What you’ll do:· Contribute to the Global SEO team's vision by crafting a local SEO strategy that supports achieving the business objectives.· Communicate how EMEA fits into that vision and provide clarity to team members on their individual goals.· Ensure the delivery of quarterly tactics within our local sprint process to achieve the quarterly objectives.· Help the team prioritise the most impactful work and unblock tasks through communication and trade-offs.· Contribute to improving the SEO reporting framework by highlighting gaps and new efficiencies.· Assist teams in analysing ranking declines and pinpointing underlying reasons to aid in task prioritization adjustments, mitigating any threat to the objectives and key results.· Support the team through site migrations and align with Program Managers to ensure a smooth transition.· Develop, lead and maintain working relationships across cross-team/channel partnerships to further marketing alignment and an effective balance between traffic growth and journey optimisation.· Facilitate a process that aligns SEO with web experience, enabling the team to quickly identify and address gaps in their ability to meet customer needs.· Communicate the EMEA SEO strategy amongst local team members, providing regular forecasts and project progress updates.· Lead and grow three direct reports through structured development plans and coaching activities.What you’ll need to succeed:With the world of search constantly evolving, we’re seeking a futuristic, creative and strategic problem solver who is passionate about SEO! Experienced with delivering SEO practices across different verticals such as content, technical, outreach and data analytics and who can distil the intricacies of SEO into clear messaging.You have an analytical mentality and the ability to determine customer needs and intent through data. You have exceptional written, visual and verbal communication skills, with the expertise to translate data into insight seamlessly.In addition to your SEO know-how, this role requires someone who thinks commercially and can identify growth opportunities aligned with business goals.More specifically we’d love to see:· Proven SEO experience managing and delivering SEO projects to the highest standards.· Previous experience in building, developing and leading a team is required.· Proven track record solving complex and strategic problems, such as algorithm update impacts, interest shifts, or search demand shifts.· A high level of international SEO knowledge and standard processes, such as HREFLANG implementation, crawl folding analysis, etc and the personal drive to remain at the forefront of evolving SEO strategies.· Skilled in using and building data frameworks such as PowerBi, PowerQuery, BigQuery and Looker Studio. SQL, VBA or Python is beneficial.· Great communicator with experience working across global matrixed organisations· Physical presentation and PPT skills are essential.· Has an appetite for organisation, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.This position adopts a flexible hybrid work model, coordinating teams across multiple international locations.
