Wood Mackenzie ValuesInclusive – we succeed togetherTrusting – we choose to trust each otherCustomer committed – we put customers at the heart of our decisionsFuture Focused – we accelerate changeCurious – we turn knowledge into actionRole DescriptionThe Senior Marketing Manager, Oils & Chemicals, is responsible and accountable for the global Oils & Chemicals Marketing strategy and plan, which supports growth within Wood Mackenzie’s Oils & Chemicals business.They will plan, implement, and evolve a global Marketing programme, using performance data and insight to make continuous programme improvements and achieve revenue growth goals.The Senior Marketing Manager, Oils & Chemicals, reports to the Marketing Director, Commodities, and will collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team to deliver on their plans.Main Responsibilities of the RoleDevelop and clearly articulate a compelling marketing strategy to support priority goals and drive growth within our Oils & Chemicals businessDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and tactics in line with the strategy, utilising the full marketing channel mix and martech stackWork with Product Marketing to help build a compelling narratives around Oils & Chemicals products and offeringsWork collaboratively with the global marketing team to maximise reach and performance of campaigns and to share best practicesContinuously analyse and evaluate campaigns to improve performance and deliver on KPIs and revenue targetsUtilise customer and market insights to inform strategy and planningCollaborate seamlessly with the Oils & Chemicals leadership and commercial teams, to maintain alignment on growth priorities and to ensure customer-centricity is at the heart of all our campaignsEffectively manage stakeholder relationships across the business and provide regular performance updatesManage a budget and deliver on agreed ROIKnowledge & ExperienceSignificant previous experience in roles where you have been responsible for developing a global demand marketing strategy across multiple channels and delivering on the tactical plan/sHigh degree of comfort working in a B2B professional services environmentProven track record of delivering to plan and budget and exceeding goalsExperienced martech user (experience using Salesforce and Pardot is an advantage)Sound knowledge and experience of digital marketing practices and channelsKnowledge of the energy, renewables, and/or commodity markets is a distinct advantageCore CompetenciesAbility to strategically interpret performance, customer, or market trends to derive insight and inform decision making Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to influenceExcels at problem solving and approaching issues in multiple waysA natural collaborator, able to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationshipsA customer-first, growth-oriented mindsetEnthusiastic, self-motivated, and with the ability to work independentlyAn intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in developing yourselfAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentTeam player - must be able to work with multi-disciplinary teamsEqual Opportunities
