Senior FP&A Manager – Marketing & OPEX

The position of Senior FP&A Manager – Marketing & OPEX within the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department, will be responsible for supporting the regional Chief Marketing Officer, wider marketing function in the annual budget and forecasting process, ROI management, and operational resilience while providing analytical insights and being a trusted adviser to the team. Reporting to the Director FP&A-EMEA, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced matrix environment where keen attention to detail and the ability to establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams is crucial to success. The role will involve leading a growing team of 2 providing wider support to the LT across expense management and optimization.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll do:
Key member of the EMEA FP&A team
Managing ~$500m of Marketing and OPEX expense planning and reporting through a period of exceptional sales and category growth
Responsibility for the reviewing of marketing commercial performance
Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling
Identify and measure key success drivers
Providing finance and business support to the marketing team
Support decision making with data and insight
Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information
Calculate monthly work in progress/comment on variance analysis
Work with non- finance managers to drive the budgeting process
Contributing to ad hoc projects as required as part of the overall finance and marketing functions
Create models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information
Drive on-going breakthrough initiatives requiring sharp project management and leadership skills
Demonstrate thorough understanding of all areas of responsibility and ability to present to all levels of executive leadership

Some of the skills you'll bring:
Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting
Previous experience with budgeting and analysis
Able to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven analytical, organizational, and business partnership skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without creating any negative impact to internal clients
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel
Consumer products or manufacturing experience preferred
