The successful candidate will be working on delivering our most critical and strategic projects across products, functions and geographies, with exposure to departmental heads and senior leaders across the organisation.The role is expected to be hands-on in design and execution of complex projects with a meaningful impact on the organisation within an innovative and fast growing environment, working with stakeholders from across the business.How you'll make an impactDeliver complex end to end, global cross-functional projects successfullyHelp build an efficient and effective strategic execution capability for the companyMaintain and facilitate project governance through assurance, communication and reviews i.e. regular project status meetings, creation of SteerCo presentations, owning and driving the project planIdentify and resolve risks and issues where possible and escalate to leadership as requiredGet hands-on in designing solutions and driving execution, often beyond your immediate area of expertiseWhat we're looking forOver 10 years of experience in Financial Services, either consulting or within financial services organisationsStrong experience in driving large transformation programmesExperience in developing strategy/ critical initiatives and be comfortable in working outside your own subject matter expertiseAbility to solve problems in a fast-paced, innovative environmentComfortable and confident in managing senior stakeholders (both business and technology)Strong attention to detail and core project management skills (e.g. perform risk assessments, manage project timelines and identify interdependencies, risks and issues)Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environmentA team player who will implement projects effectively and empower others to contributeExperience in Payments and/ or fast growth companies will be an advantageApply without meeting all requirements statementIf you don't meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please apply anyway.
