OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEWZeroFox seeks Senior Manager, Channel / Partner Marketing to lead our company's marketing efforts for our EMEA region, along with support for our MEA / APAC regions. In this role, you will provide guidance to our regional sales teams by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's solutions. You will also work closely with our marketing and sales leadership to develop strategies that will help us maximize profits and market share.This role requires the type of person who can think strategically across a complex region while also jumping in and executing the plan. This person is expected to execute marketing initiatives flawlessly and must demonstrate instances where they have a proven ability to successfully grow a business. The selected candidate needs to have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels within / across ZeroFox.This is a very exciting time for ZeroFox as we expand our position in European markets. This key role has remarkable potential for both the company and the successful candidate.Role and responsibilitiesOwn, define & drive the EMEA regional marketing strategy, working with Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing, Demand Gen team and EMEA sales leadershipDrive integrated marketing campaigns from inception to optimization with a cross-functional marketing team based in EMEA and the US. This will include demand generation, brand awareness, events, field marketing, web / online marketing and partner marketingcampaignsHelp support the execution of data-driven, customer obsessed campaigns across all channels in EMEAAchieve Interlock with regional field sales leaders to ensure ongoing agreement on priorities and become the go to person for everything pipeline generation and maturation with the EMEA sales leadershipCollaborate with corporate marketing functions to help design and execute programs that deliver measurable results supporting EMEA sales growth objectivesDevelop a strategy to provide and scale the localization and regional implementation of global GTM campaignsPartner and work hand-in-hand with the EMEA sales development team to develop and execute effective inbound / outbound strategiesUnderstand sales strategies at the regional level and develop tailored but aligned pipeline generation plans based on selected target accounts, sales plays and marketing mix of activitiesDesign and collaborate with marketing success metrics to develop an EMEA revenue marketing dashboard that drives fast and strategic decisions on pipeline generation directionsRequired qualifications and skills Demonstrable regional marketing experience supporting field sales organizations and channel partnersProven experience in growing a business by translating sales goals into credible marketing plansSkills in database marketing and growing a prospect databaseDemonstrated understanding of the different cultural dynamics across the European regionSkills in digital marketing and related forms of online engagement including progressive profiling and lead nurturingStrong leadership of budget management and forecasting skillsExcellent collaboration skills in working cross-functionally with sales organization, corporate marketing, peers and channel teams. We are looking for a great communicator (verbally and in writing) with good presentation skillsExcellent organizational and project management skills: ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on scheduleExperience in attending sales calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for the regions supportedExperience in managing and negotiating vendor contractsExperience in tracking and measuring marketing events, programs and metricsA self-starter able to work independently, leading and managing multiple projectsMust be London-based and willing to work out of our London office on a hybrid basis 3 days per weekWillingness to travel internationally across your designated regionDesired qualifications and skillsWork experience in technology, preferably within cybersecurity tech or SaaS, typically obtained in 8+ yearsProficient knowledge of digital marketing and channels (web, social, SEM, display, content syndication, retargeting, webinar, email, mobile, community) including marketing automation capabilities and how to utilise them to engage target persona to drive inbound marketingProficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to extract insights and optimise campaigns (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation tools)Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsCreative thinking with the ability to think strategically, prioritise tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlinesTech savvy and proficient in Google Suite.
