proven track record of effectively navigating such change within a complex project environment.Role:The Business/Process Analyst is to provide clarity on what is required for our technology solutions to satisfy business requirements from all stakeholder groups. They work with the business to analyse, validate, and document requirements and processes, while supporting product delivery teams to prioritise solutions to maximise business value. This role is especially instrumental in driving the adherence to our D365 global unified model by guiding the business towards better utilisation of the technology to strengthen the efficiency of the House Finance and Operations processes. This role is also required to support the adoption of the global model, with a focus on learning and training in a continuous improvement framework, with a qualitative user experience.Business Process Management Engage with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Global Product Owner, stakeholders, third party vendors and others as needed to validate, align on the ‘what' (requirement), the ‘why' (benefit) and the ‘how' (solution) within D365 and associated ecosystem
Inception and discovery activities for key projects to provide clarity. Facilitating workshops to derive and gather high-level requirements, dependencies and create high level approach.
Use facilitation techniques alongside business and technical knowledge to drive out requirements from a range of business, technical and creative partners, and stakeholders.
Support Project managers in planning for the business and technical impact of a project, including business change mapping, implementation, and adoption.
Utilise agile tools (SharePoint, JIRA etc) to communicate and document clear, unambiguous functional and non-functional business requirements to agreed standards.
Partner with Solution Architects and Development teams to maintain on-going engagement and clarity of requirements throughout delivery, ensuring the solution is fit for purpose.
Map and work with relevant stakeholders to highlight business process changes resulting from implementation of new features and/or initiatives.
Identify and understand impact of technical and feature dependencies across the digital estate, and action accordingly to ensure consistency in requirements across streams and platform.
Be proactive in flagging, escalating, and owning the resolution of issues arising as they relate to the gathering or ratification of requirements or the health of the backlog/sprint.
Collect requirements, perform system assessments, and drive the implementation of changes across multiple group applications – including training approach and delivery
Organise regular change request process and make the system changes through governance process and drive continuous improvement to our systems.
Support our reporting cycles by quickly providing solutions and guidance to internal global users.
Participating in new initiatives to identify appropriate Finance and Operations solutions to drive the implementation to deliver benefits to the House Finance and Operations users. (e.g., embedding the best practice standards, Global Planning rollout, demand and release management, etc). Key experience Understands adjacent skills and internal functioning of an end-to-end solution (order to cash, record to report, source to pay.
End to End customer order journeys.
Awareness of digital back-end integrations.
Warehouse and Order Management Systems (OMS).
Operational Fulfilment journeys.
Experience working with and gathering requirements from key business functions (e.g., Finance, Tax & Operations).
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience working in an offshore/distributed team model.
Contributing strategic considerations to company-wide change initiatives.
Demonstrable understanding of strategic analysis at both a corporate and business unit level.
Self-motivated, independent, passionate, and able to acclimate into a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Able to communicate confidently and effectively in both technical and business settings and to all levels of stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial with good judgment and people skills.
Strong partnering and collaboration skills.
Ability to ask the right questions and structure input.
Ability to visualise ideas and processes.
Additional qualifications or competencies
BCS/other Business Analysis qualification or demonstrable experience.
Accredited and/or experienced in agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean).
Familiar with process mapping tools Visio, etc.
