Technical Expertise:
Reviewing financial reports of publicly traded and high-risk companies for compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company legislation.
Providing clear and practical solutions to complex financial reporting queries, acting as a consultant for team members.
Developing and maintaining financial reporting tools and guidance for internal and external use.

Working with management teams across different departments to support their technical needs.

Collaborating with audit teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Delivering accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Leadership and Team Development:
Supporting and coaching team members in developing their technical and professional skills.
Contributing to the growth and development of the Financial Reporting Advisory Team.
Reporting to senior management and working closely with leadership teams.
Requirements
Possession of a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICAS, CPA or an equivalent accreditation.
Excellent knowledge of UK and International GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
Experience in effectively managing and developing staff, as well as demonstrating business development skills.
Encouraging candidates with a background in financial sector/insurance/asset management auditors to apply.
