What you’ll be doing at Beamery
We’re hiring for a new Senior Manager, ABM & Field Marketing EMEA. This role will be responsible for the development, execution, measurement and reporting of field and event programs that support Sales goals. You'll collaborate with the demand generation team to define campaign requirements and develop programs, as well as teaming up with our Sales organizations to optimize field readiness, alignment and follow-through.
Local execution: Develop the regional/local field marketing plans to support sales targets for customer acquisition and expansion in specific territories.
Multi-channel: Research, recommend and execute targeted regional/local marketing plans that include but are not limited to: field events, partner activities, user groups, assisting with industry events/trade shows, establishing local relationships with related associations or communities, executive roundtables, etc.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with demand generation and account-based marketing programs (e.g., webinars, direct email, advertising) and if necessary localize to extend reach or impact.
Alignment with sales: Work closely with account teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts. Ensure effective and efficient two-way communication between Beamery marketing and sales teams.
Enablement: Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and services purchases. Provide support through sales tools, training and market expertise to the sales force to ensure their ability to consultatively sell solutions.
Reporting & measurement: Track and measure demand-to-close metrics across field marketing programs, optimizing resources against regional objectives
The key metrics we'll be tracking in this role are:
Increasing pipeline and revenue in the EMEA region
Increasing the engagement of target accounts through multi-channel programming
Improving sales velocity through targeted programming
Increasing ROI from EMEA field marketing investments
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in a field marketing or ABM role at a SaaS company
Segment marketing, demand creation, event, and campaign execution experience
Must have proven ability to think "big picture"; and use both traditional and modern marketing tactics to design effective programs.
Ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills to work successfully with cross-functional teams
Eye for detail and ability to instill a culture of asking “why” and “how can we do better.”
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong analytical skills to determine ROI of marketing programs.
