The Role:
Lead and manage a collaborative team of management accountants, fostering high performance.
Review and ensure accuracy of management accounting team's work, providing constructive feedback.
Oversee timely completion of tasks, implementing strategies for efficiency.
Identify and address training needs, providing ongoing development for the team.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Act as primary liaison between management accounting team and Head of Finance, facilitating communication.
The Person:
Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of supervisory experience in management accounting.
Exhibits strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Displays in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting, alongside proficiency in computerised finance packages and Excel.
