Senior Management Accountant

DescriptionRobert Half are working in an exclusive partnership with a rapidly expanding, thriving business in Swindon to recruit a Management Accountant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting, challenging role that will produce the management accounts across multiple entities, business partner with various stakeholders and get involved with numerous finance related projects. This Senior Management Accountant opportunity will be suitable for a ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified individual that is seeking career progression and be a part of a forward thinking business. The salary is between 45,000 - 50,000 plus annual bonus, hybrid working and other excellent benefits.The RoleThe main responsibilities of the Senior Management Accountant role will consist of:Preparing the monthly management accounts.Preparation of the budgets and forecasts.Assist with the preparation of the monthly board pack.Balance sheet reconciliations and review.CAPEX reporting on a monthly basis.Accruals and prepayments.VAT returns.Line management of x2 members of staff; carrying out performance reviews, setting tasks/objectives and encouraging a positive work environment.Reviewing processes and implement/improve where necessary.Requirements To be considered for the Senior Management Accountant role, you must ideally possess the following skills and attributes:Must have management accounting experience.ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.Must have experience managing/supervising a small team.Experience working with multi entity structures would be advantageous.Excellent attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Self starter.Hard work ethic.Salary & Benefits 45,000 - 50,000 annual salary.Annual bonus scheme (up to 30%)Hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in the office).Private medical scheme.25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).Pension scheme.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
