About The Role
Thinking Facilitiesis seeking to appoint a SeniorMaintenanceOfficerto assist the Site Manager with overseeing the day-to-day tasks across the Trust Schools.
The successful post-holder will manage the utilisation of school premises, ensuring that they are safe, secure and well-maintained. This will involve management of Health and Safety procedures, management of cleaning, overseeing maintenance programmes and ensuring that budgets are monitored accordingly.
You will line manage Facilities Officers and/or the cleaning team whilst supporting the Site Manager on capital projects and developments.
Core hours: 07.00am - 15.00pm with flexibility required for operational reasons

Previous experience as a caretaker or similar
Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning
Experience of managing Health & Safety
Experience of working within an Academy/School is desirable.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
Full clean driving licence with access to own transport
