Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, bringing innovative best practices to our engineering processes.
  • Drive site-wide efficiencies and promote advanced continuous improvement techniques.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Support and assist in planning and overseeing diverse engineering activities.
  • Deputize for the Assistant Engineering Manager, fostering a robust health and safety culture.
  • Take charge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to maintenance plans and KPI targets.
  • Engage in proactive condition monitoring, root cause analysis, and maintain our PLC control systems.
  • Communicate effectively regarding key engineering activities, maintaining SHE standards, and ensuring 'clean as you go' practices.
  • Perform daily onsite duties, manage contractors, and conduct essential testing and stock counts.
