How you will create impact:Play an important role in enabling our business through the utilization of M365 services and serve as a subject matter expert for M365 Collaboration.Perform maintenance, lifecycle, and daily administration of M365 platform.Contribute to strategy & assist with implementation of M365 governance & security. Keep up to date with industry knowledge of relevant technologies and implement industry and security best practices when deploying solutions. Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.Actively monitor systems and services, providing an incident escalation response.Contribute regularly to technical and process documentation. Serve as a mentor to less experienced IT colleagues.
About you:Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar qualification, any current industry certifications are a plus.Extensive experience with a Windows server environment, in a global corporate organisation.Extensive, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 solution design, implementation, and management. Extensive experience with M365 Collaboration (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and initial experience with M365 Messaging (Exchange, Defender). You can successfully make use of your hands-on IT project management experience. Good written and verbal communication skills in business English.Proactive and have an excellent problem-solving ability. You bring great time management and organizational skills and are able to work independently and as part of a divers, international team.
