Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager - If you are looking for a structured career path into a commercial management role, this is for you!Well-established M&E Sub-Contractor is currently searching for an M&E QS to join their business.They are growing fast and are looking to expand their team.The business installs M&E services in a variety of construction projects from schools, hospitals, residential and commercial projects.Duties included but not limited to:-Responsible for running projects commercially from bid to final account.Dealing with measurements, valuations, and agreeing on work.Preparing tender submissions for subcontract works packages.Overseeing projects commercially from bid through to final accounts.Maximise commercial efficiency on the project you work on.Ensure strong relationships are maintained with the supply chain.We currently have 4,082 live graduate jobs and we're adding more all the time.
