Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager - If you are looking for a structured career path into a commercial management role, this is for you!Well-established M&E Sub-Contractor is currently searching for an M&E QS to join their business.They are growing fast and are looking to expand their team.The business installs M&E services in a variety of construction projects from schools, hospitals, residential and commercial projects.Duties included but not limited to:-
* Responsible for running projects commercially from bid to final account.
* Dealing with measurements, valuations, and agreeing on work.
* Preparing tender submissions for subcontract works packages.
* Overseeing projects commercially from bid through to final accounts.
* Maximise commercial efficiency on the project you work on.
* Ensure strong relationships are maintained with the supply chain.
* Negotiate contracts and packages.
* Collating monthly contract reports.
* Supporting junior quantity surveyorsQualifications/experience:Relevant surveying degree
