This role offers the opportunity to support and contribute to the expansion of the M&E cost management team in Bristol, with potential leadership responsibilities for the MEP offering in the future.As a Managing/Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, the individual will be accountable for delivering excellence-driven work and upholding ethical standards. They will have the chance to lead the M&E service offering, with support from the Head of Cost Management and the National Head of M&E services. Additionally, they will engage in various projects and sectors, fostering sustainable client relationships and facilitating colleagues' career growth.Requirements:An enthusiastic team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues. Adherence to company standards and commitment to superior service delivery. Demonstrated leadership skills and a focus on team development. Involvement in business development activities to enhance client engagement and service expansion. Technical proficiency in Mechanical and Electrical systems, cost management, and procurement. Proven track record in MEP cost management services. Ability to provide expert advice on MEP cost drivers and value engineering. Proficiency in feasibility and cost planning, procurement, and post-contract services. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Full spectrum of quantity surveying and cost management tasks. Provision of pre and post-contract advice. Ensuring top-quality service delivery to clients. Offering high-quality MEP cost advice on diverse projects.
