Well-established�M&E�Sub-Contractor is currently searching for an M&E QS�to join their business.

They are growing fast and are looking to expand their team.�

The business installs M&E services in a variety of construction projects from schools, hospitals, residential and commercial projects.�

Duties included but not limited to:-

• Responsible for running projects commercially from bid to final account.


• Dealing with measurements, valuations, and agreeing on work.


• Preparing tender submissions for subcontract works packages.


• Overseeing projects commercially from bid through to final accounts.


• Maximise commercial efficiency on the project you work on.


• Ensure strong relationships are maintained with the supply chain.


• Negotiate contracts and packages.


• Collating monthly contract reports.


• Supporting junior quantity surveyors

Qualifications/experience:
Relevant surveying degree.
