Salary – up to £90,000 + car allowance + bonusPod Talent are thrilled to collaborate with a world-renowned industry leader, on an exciting opportunity to join their Logistics Team as a Senior Logistics Strategy Manager. This role is pivotal in steering the Logistics improvement initiatives across the EMEA region, aligning with the company's vision for growth and excellence. As a high-profile position, it involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and service providers to exceed customer expectations and strategically plan for future expansion.Role Dimensions:Drive technology, automation, and continuous improvement across the EMEA Logistics network to enhance productivity, cost-efficiency, and service levels.Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the position of Senior Logistics Transformation Manager -Develop and optimize the EMEA physical Logistics networks for competitive advantage, ensuring both service and cost objectives are met.Collaborate closely with EMEA Order Fulfilment, Demand Planning, and Distribution & Logistics teams, as well as external partners, to effectively manage inventory and distribution, supporting various operational needs.Partner with IT, Procurement, and service providers to integrate fulfillment data and systems (TMS, Carrier Software Providers, etc.), enhancing the consumer experience and aligning with business objectives.Lead capabilities building to define and deliver best-in-class service level targets, creating business cases for innovative direct-to-consumer and e-commerce operations.Establish and communicate performance scorecards, monitoring key KPIs, and providing regular updates and recommendations based on industry best practices.Education And Experience Requirements for the role of Senior Logistics Transformation Manager -8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a commercially focused operations management & fulfillment role supporting an online direct-to-consumer business.Experience across Network
Design/Optimisation,
