Our client is a leader in their field and they specialise in sales, lettings, and property management across Grays, Essex. Their team of expert property consultants are dedicated to ensuring clients have a seamless experience in all aspects of sales and lettings.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities, conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaising with potential clients (Sellers, Buyers, landlords and tenants)
* Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to the relevant department
* Listing properties using an inhouse digital CRM
* Diary management
* Arranging bookings for properties and hosting viewings on sites
* Ensuring all tenants are compliance checked
* Generating new potential vendor and landlord leads
* Ensuring all listed properties are regularly updated on all social media platforms.
* Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
* Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally
* Building strong relationships with local property owners.
Skills and Experience
* You should be an ambitious, hard-working, and a target-driven individual
* Must have 5 + years in a similar role
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed.
* Must have Driving License
