Our client is a leader in their field and they specialise in sales, lettings, and property management across Grays, Essex. Their team of expert property consultants are dedicated to ensuring clients have a seamless experience in all aspects of sales and lettings.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities, conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaising with potential clients (Sellers, Buyers, landlords and tenants)


• Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to the relevant department


• Listing properties using an inhouse digital CRM


• Diary management


• Arranging bookings for properties and hosting viewings on sites


• Ensuring all tenants are compliance checked


• Generating new potential vendor and landlord leads


• Ensuring all listed properties are regularly updated on all social media platforms.


• Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities


• Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally


• Building strong relationships with local property owners.

Skills and Experience

• You should be an ambitious, hard-working, and a target-driven individual


• Must have 5 + years in a similar role


• Strong negotiation and communication skills


• Customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed.


• Must have Driving License
