Senior Lettings Negotiator

Elliot Scott Group are currently working with a well known Estate Agency based in Burgess Hill. They are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team. 

This is a permanent Monday to Friday position, with 1 in 3 Saturdays. 

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm / Saturday 9am - 5pm 

You will be : 

• Negotiating property sales and rental agreements 


• Building and maintaining current and new relationships 


• Conducting property valuations 


• Overseeing the listing process


• Conducting viewings 


• Sharing market knowledge within your team and working effectively together 

You will need : 

• Proven experience as a Negotiator with a record of achieving targets 


• A full UK drivers license 


• Excellent communication skills
