Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Manager, SW17 / £65K OTE
My client is a multi-branch independent agency, based in South-West London, who is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Tooting.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with valuation experience to come and expand their portfolio, and create high-earnings, in an exciting faced-paced environment.
Duties

• Registering new applicants.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and potential buyers.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Creating new business opportunities
• Booking and conducting valuations, to bring in new business

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - Spoken and Written.
• A positive disposition with both clients and colleagues.
• An in-depth knowledge on the Sales market
• 2+ years' experience in Lettings

Hours:
9am-6:30pm Mon-Fri, Saturday 10am-4pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)
Package:
£22,000 - £30,000 Base / £55,000 - £65,000 OTE
Up to 120K 10%, up to 180K 15%, 180K+ 20%
