Senior Lettings Executive

Dove & Hawk are working alongside an award-winning estate agency based in East London. They are on the hunt for a Senior Lettings Executive to join their company and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:

• Winning instructions & closing deals.
• Ensuring office targets & KPIs are being met and exceeded.
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
• Managing a team, regular team meetings, holiday approval, reporting for payroll, etc.

Requirements:

• Experience of increasing market share
• Proficient IT Skills and a regular social media user
• Full UK Driving Licence

Salary: (From) £35,000 basic, £65,000-£70,000 OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.45 am-6.00 pm - Saturday, 9.45 am-4.00 pm - Every Other Saturday.
