Senior Lettings Consultant Ruislip

Gibbs Gillespie are looking for a driven individual to join our flagship Ruislip branch as their new Senior Lettings Consultant. To be considered you will have previous experience within residential lettings and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. The role will include networking for new instructions and contributing to managing the company’s existing client base to obtain instructions. Key responsibilitiesAssisting the manager in developing market shareIdentifying and maximising business opportunitiesDelivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to faceAchieving personal and branch KPI'sIntroducing new businessBeing the stream of communication between our clients and prospective tenants with sharing informationBuilding strong relationships internally and externallyPreparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entrySupporting the branch manager with ad hoc tasksWe have a long list of benefits which is just our way or giving back to recognise our employee’s hard work.
