Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Legal CounselLocation: Central London, hybrid - 3 days in the officeSalary: Up to £85,000Skills: General Commercial, Intellectual Property, Production, Marketing and Advertising, TechnologyStart date: ASAPMy client is one of the biggest Global Production Agency and they are looking to onboard another Senior Legal Counsel to work with a small close knit team of 5.As the Senior Legal Counsel, you will have the responsibility of handling your own portfolio of legal matters, providing legal advice to the business in London and Europe specifically in the area of commercial contracts related to various broad commercial issues, with a primary focus on creative production. Your tasks will include the review and negotiation of a wide range of contracts, such as master services agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, deal memos, voice over agreements, location agreements, waivers, standard form supplier agreements, and training the business on self-service templates and the contractual process.Additionally, you will assist the Legal Director with large complex or strategic matters, as needed, and offer oversight and guidance to junior team members when appropriate.The ideal candidates will come with the following experienceProven previous experience in a similar rolePreferred experience in key legal areas affecting general commercial, intellectual property, production, marketing and advertising or technologyDegree qualifiedWith an office in London they offer a flexible hybrid working model, with 3 days in office and 2 days at home, as well as flexible working hours, to do all those important things like the school run.
