Angove Partners are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to be part of an executive team. You will play a key role in leading the legal department of a growing insurance company in London.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and assessing legal risks associated with insurance policies.
Collaborating with underwriting teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Providing legal guidance and support on complex underwriting matters.
Contributing to the development of underwriting strategies and policies.
Responsibility for a new share scheme which you would potentially be eligible for.
To provide supporting day-to-day commercial and contract law advice, mainly assisting internal clients in relation to confidentiality agreements, standard contractual terms, vendor agreements, legal requirements, risk management and business objectives.
