Senior Legal Counsel

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefitsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our client based in the Norwich region. As Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance across our organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Solicitor to join a forward-thinking company offering competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Commercial: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including terms of business, non-disclosure, purchases, sales and partnerships agreementsLitigation: commercial issues resolving disputes and debt recovery.Compliance: Provide advice to compliance officers on regulatory and data protection matters.Identify legal risks: provide strategic advice and implement risk management strategies.Ideal Candidate Requirements:UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE, with a Private Practice or In-House background.Excellent experience of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.Experience in Litigation and Compliance.High level of business and commercial acumen.Ability to create and deliver strategies in support of the company's vision, strategy, and objectives.Based within a commutable distance from the Norwich region (or willing to relocate to the area)Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and excellent benefitsHow to Apply:If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity, please submit your CV via the job advert or for further information please contact Chris Ewles on 07902 701 818 or at
