Affinity Water is seeking a Senior Legal Administrator, who will be the glue that holds our legal team together, providing vital administrative support across all functions to our Legal and Compliance team. As a pivotal member of our in-house legal team, you'll work closely with experienced Lawyers, a Compliance Manager, and the Head of Data Protection, contributing to the smooth operation of our legal affairs.ResponsibilitiesEfficiency and Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for streamlining processes and enhancing collaborative workflows.First Point of Contact: Be the welcoming face and primary contact for all business queries directed to the legal team, effectively allocating work requests.Diverse Administrative Tasks: From drafting non-legal correspondence to managing diaries and booking meetings, you'll handle a wide array of administrative responsibilities.Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, raising purchase orders, and ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices.System Development and Training: Develop and implement efficient administrative and case management systems while training team members for optimal system utilization.Digitization Projects: Support the digitization of contracts, records, and property deeds, ensuring our legal documentation is readily accessible and organized.Legal Support: Aid in various legal processes including assisting with court bundles, administrative aspects of litigation and property registration, and managing execution processes for contracts and documents.Experience required•
Advanced MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills •
Previous work experience in a senior legal administrative, fast-paced professional services team•
Experience of digitization projects and developing and operating case management systems•
A high-degree of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure•
Proactive, enthusiastic and committed to providing excellent service•
