Senior Learning and Organisational Development PartnerSenior Learning and Organisational Development Partner | Full time| 37 hoursSalary: £46,020 - £51,663Hours: 37 hours per week | Monday - FridayLocation: National Museum of Scotland, Chambers Street, EdinburghClosing Date: 15/04/2024National Museums Scotland is one of the leading museum groups in Europe with one of the largest and most diverse collections in the world.We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, service-driven individuals to join our People (Human Resources) team.Benefits of joining us as our Senior Learning and Organisational Development Partner will include:Annually alongside your salary of £46,020 - £51,663, National Museums Scotland contributes £13,331 - £14,966towards you being a member of the Civil Service Pension SchemeA generous annual leave of 28.5 days – rising to 33.5 after 5 years, plus an additional 8 paid days public holidaysCycle to Work schemeFree access to national (and international) museums and exhibitionsExclusive discounts on both local and national High Street and online retailersA range of wellbeing benefits including Employee Assistance Programme 24/7Flexible working options such as hybrid working, part time working, paid special leave, career breaks and unpaid leaveAccess to all the above and more from day one of employment.As a Senior Learning and Organisational Development Partner at National Museums Scotland you will:Working with the Head of People, champion and drive a holistic approach to Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD)Develop the learning and organisational development input to the People strategy and Department planLead annual planning activity with stakeholders to enable us to develop a yearly L&OD calendar of activityDelivering key People initiatives across the HR spectrum, including talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance managementShape and execute a robust leadership development framework, ensuring we can build a pipeline of leaders at all levels from within the organisationLead the Learning and Organisational Development Team, supporting team activity to ensure objectives outlined in the People business plan are being met.Skills and experience we’re looking for in our Senior People Partner:Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) level 7 or equivalent experienceUp to date knowledge of learning and organisational development best practiceExperience of developing and implementing Learning and Development frameworkExperience of identifying, implementing, and embedding process improvementsExperience in team managementExperience in budget managementProven track record of delivering change projects.Hiring the right person for the right job is everything to us.
