Apprenticeship Support Coach/ Team Leader 38,000- 42,000 DOELondonOffice based with occasional travel to other sitesAre you passionate about nurturing talent and guiding the next generation of professionals? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our client as an Apprenticeship Support Coach/ Team Leader, managing a caseload of learners as well as leading a team and coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues.Key responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Support Coach/ Team LeaderManage and oversee a caseload of learners, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved across all standards.Implement innovative interventions to enhance learner attendance, punctuality, retention, and achievement.Offer active support and mentorship to less experienced colleagues to improve the overall learner journey.Line manage a team of staff, ensuring all communication flows through and issues raised to next senior manager.Facilitate opportunities for learners to showcase new skill development within their workplace.Adhere to ESFA Apprenticeship funding regulations by completing all learner journey documentation accurately and on time, including on-boarding and progress reviews.Monitor and document apprentices' progress aligned with national apprenticeship program standards.Provide continuous support and guidance as a learner support and intervention coach throughout the apprentice journey.Promote the organisation's curriculum to employers and assist in recruiting new starters.Collaborate with instructors, learner coaches, staff, and employers to facilitate learner achievement, progression, and retention.Stay updated on the development of standards in the field.Qualifications required for Apprenticeship Support Coach/ Team LeaderStrong understanding of ESFA Funding Regulations and RequirementsStrong background of delivering high-quality learning supportHave the ability to coach and mentor less experienced staffL3 Qualification in an industry-relevant areaFunctional Skills English, IT and Maths L2Ideally hold a recognised Teaching Award (PTLLS, CertEd, PGCE etc)Ideally hold an IAG qualification at L3/4For more information, please contact Pertemps Work Based Learning on (phone number removed).
