We are working with a leading property developer to help find a Senior Land Manager to join their team where you will be responsible for planning and implementing a strategy for obtaining/acquiring land and assisting in partnerships to support the Regional Business Plan

Key Responsibilities and previous experience include but not limited to:

• Identifying evaluating and securing land/sites for residential development on the most cost effective basis
• Keeping up with best practice, innovations and relevant technical and planning policy
• Maintain a high profile with external property contacts by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with LA's, local agents, and landowners in the search of opportunities for the company
• Maintain a sound knowledge of all technical aspects of the acquisition and development of land
• Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and government policy as they affect the construction industry and reporting on strategic issues
• Ensure suitable liaison and communication with internal and external customers regarding land and development opportunities
• Producing the most efficient and cost effective bid solutions for land and development opportunities
