This role is integral to the Trading & Execution department, focusing on both the services used by the system and data management.Key Responsibilities:Work on the development of the Systematic Equities platform.Contribute to the creation of a robust data platform, including tick-level data from exchanges and connectivity.Deliver infrastructure that adds tangible value to the business, with a focus on data-related projectsCollaborate on both new and existing projects, maintaining a strong emphasis on the accurate representation of financial instruments.Deliver infrastructure that adds tangible value to the business, with a focus on data-related projects.Collaborate on both new and existing projects, maintaining a strong emphasis on data.Background and Qualifications:Excellent knowledge of Core JavaDegree in Computer Science.Experience in either the Buy or Sell Side facing off to the businessPassionate about technology and demonstrated collaborative mindset.Prior experience working on a singular large project as opposed to multiple smaller projects.Proven ability to contribute input on architecture and design.Familiarity with Python is preferred.Ability to dive deep into technology, particularly with a focus on historic tick data.Capability to take ownership of systems and articulate past achievements.If you are a passionate and hands-on developer with a keen interest in shaping the future of financial technology, please apply to find out more.
