In Office - 5 days a week

I am currently working with an established family-owned business in Cheltenham who are looking for a technically minded Senior IT technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring networks and Windows servers
• Fault finding and resolving issues across software and hardware
• Working closely with IT Manager and wider team
• Updating extensive IT documentation
• Offering technical advice and guidance to colleagues
• Troubleshooting IT issues

Personal Requirements

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 systems and servers
• 2 years'+ in a similar position
• Ability to work with SQL databases
• Expereince with networking, software and hardware
• Excellent communication, problem solving and attention to detail
