Position: Senior IT Project ManagerLocation: Hayes, London Borough of HillingdonContract Length: 12 monthsWork Structure: Monday - Friday (Hybrid)Pay Rate: Available on request - (Inside IR35)Are you a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager with proven expertise in a commercial Biotech setting? The client is a biopharmaceutical company who is focused on the development and commercialization of innovative cancer immunotherapies - They are known for their work in developing CAR T-cell therapies, which involve modifying a patient's own immune cells to better target and destroy cancer cells.Senior IT Project Manager - Responsibilities:Assume Project Management responsibility through the full delivery life cycle (Pre-project Sustain) of multiple critical IT projects.A significant focus of this role is managing the reliable delivery of IT systems readiness for commercial launches and on time, to budget and meeting agreed quality criteria.Independently manage a diverse group of stakeholders across dispersed geographies and time-zones.Independently develop and maintain requisite project management documentation to a high standard - in line with specified client standards.Run project performance management and governance ceremonies including steering, status reviews and stand-ups.Develop resource plans and ensure appropriate resources are assigned to project teams.Develop and manage project budgets, including delivery of accurate financial forecasting and reporting.Ensure active management of project change requests, risks, issues, and dependencies.Engage independently with business partners and end-users to ensure all projects meet business objectives.Provide oversight and co-ordination of vendor and delivery partner activities.Ensure regular communication with all relevant stakeholder groups in a consistent and timely manner.Senior IT Project Manager - Qualifications/Requirements:Senior IT Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs.Platform experience - Salesforce.com, Oracle EBS, AWS, Tableau, Sitecore.In particular - delivering technology to enable the launch of a commercial therapy / drug.Proven professional program and project management experience.Proven experience working with dispersed and global teams across multiple locations.Proven experience in stakeholder management.Experience in dealing with senior management up to executive level.Experience in the life-science industry required.In particular - a scale-up Biotech organisation.Experience in the delivery of GxP projects and systems.Fluency in the English language is required.If you have the experience required for this opportunity, please submit your application including a CV and cover letter to ##### or press the "Apply" button below.
