Your Role and Responsibilities:
You'll be a front-line hero, delivering impeccable service that aligns with our client's high standards. Daily, you'll tackle challenges that include:
Deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems with a level of service that surpasses expectations.
Performing troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption toclient operations.
Assisting in knowledge management and incident resolution documentation, ensuring high standards are continuously adhered to.
Collaborating with senior engineers to resolve network and infrastructure issues promptly and effectively.
Preparing and deploying IT equipment at client sites with precision and attention to detail, ensuring every aspect meets the highest standards.
Following change management procedures diligently, safeguarding the integrity of client systems.

Location and Working Hours
Based in and around London, you will primarily serve clients on-site, with the autonomy to work remotely. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with the expectation of flexibility to meet clients' bespoke needs.
