Renowned for their comprehensive services, our client serves a diverse range of clients both locally and globally, making an impact across various industries.As a Senior IP Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier transactional and general IP advice to our clients, with a focus on pre-litigation guidance and commercial counsel, including contract matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their expertise in patents or trademarks within a collaborative environment. Whether you’re a senior associate, director, or possess a portable practice, this role offers potential for partnership and growth within our expanding business.Responsibilities:Commercial arrangements for the creation and exploitation of intellectual property rights, including development agreements, licences and assignments.Provide litigation guidance in relation to patents, trade marks, and copyright, as well as broader commercial and regulatory disputes, often with multi-jurisdictional aspects.Collaborate effectively with specialist advisors across various key practice areas, including electronics, software, communications, chemical and life sciences, mechanical, and trademarks.Contribute to the growth and development of the IP practice within the firm.Requirements:Qualified lawyer with significant experience in IP law.Strong expertise in patents or trademarks preferred.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different practice areas.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and counsel.Flexibility to work from either our London office or other UK locations, with hybrid working arrangements available.Please mention IP Careers when applying to G2 Legal.
