Senior Investment Operations Administrator
to join their dedicated team.
This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services to their clients and financial planners.
About the Role:
As the Senior Investment Operations Administrator, you will be the linchpin of the Investment Operations Team, providing essential administrative support and acting as the first point of contact for investment operation queries.
Your role will involve liaising with custodians and providers to ensure timely and compliant resolutions, managing internal and external expectations, and deputizing for the Head of Investment Operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Support:
Guide junior team members, allocate workloads effectively, and support team development.
Client Interaction:
Ensure client instructions are processed efficiently, maintain up-to-date client details, and manage the on boarding and off boarding processes.
Operational Excellence:
Continuously review and improve workflows and processes, maintaining high standards of housekeeping to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Collaboration:
Work closely with all client-facing teams to ensure the best outcomes for their clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Experience:
A minimum of 2 years in investment operations within the financial services sector.
Education:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
Skills:
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
Desirable Qualities:
Experience with financial platforms, pension providers, or custodians, and a willingness to learn about various financial products and platforms.
