Senior Investment Associate

Job Description
The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading Renewables and Infrastructure advisory business. They are looking for a Senior Investment Associate / Investment Manager to join their team in London.
Responsibilities:
Independently lead the execution of M&A transactions
Relationship management
Proactively support on business development initiatives
Lead the development of in-house financial models and undertake valuation assignments
Manage junior team members on assignments
Develop thought leadership materials and produce sector insights
Requirements:
At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
Prior experience in renewables and/or infrastructure
Demonstrable experience in managing M&A transactions and financing operations
A Bachelors or equivalent university degree. A Masters or MBA will be positively valued
