Job DescriptionRockbourne has been exclusively instructed by a leading, boutique, Central-London-based advisory firm to help them appoint an Investment Agent to the team.Our client provides in-depth and comprehensive advice on all aspects of investment, acquisitions, leasing, lease consultancy, asset management and development to the UK's most prestigious landlords and developers – including The Crown Estate, LandSec, Brookfield, Portland Estate, Nuveen, Grosvenor.This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director/Director level Surveyor to join a leading boutique agency and play a pivotal role in providing investment advice on commercial property to many of the UK’s leading institutions, property companies and high-net-worth individuals.The company has an energetic and sociable office atmosphere, with a hardworking team that is passionate about growing the business. A flat structure means that everyone here has a voice, and your ideas will be heard.What will you be doing?Working closely with various funds, institutions, and PEAdvising and helping to prepare sales mandates for retained clientsMaintain existing client relationships with respect to sales and acquisitionsUndertake marketing campaigns with the teamProvide technical support to senior team members assisting on transactions from start to completionAnalyse and present real estate financial data to support transactions.Formulate and deliver presentations with confidence and have good attention to detail.Develop strong relationships with clients and other agents/advisorsOther Details:Salary: £65,000 - £110,000 + a competitive bonus/commission structureLocation: West-End basedSound appealing?
