Our client provides in-depth and comprehensive advice on all aspects of investment, acquisitions, leasing, lease consultancy, asset management and development to the UK's most prestigious landlords and developers – including The Crown Estate, LandSec, Brookfield, Portland Estate, Nuveen, Grosvenor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director/Director level Surveyor to join a leading boutique agency and play a pivotal role in providing investment advice on commercial property to many of the UK’s leading institutions, property companies and high-net-worth individuals.

What will you be doing?
Working closely with various funds, institutions, and PE
Advising and helping to prepare sales mandates for retained clients
Maintain existing client relationships with respect to sales and acquisitions
Undertake marketing campaigns with the team
Provide technical support to senior team members assisting on transactions from start to completion
Analyse and present real estate financial data to support transactions.
Formulate and deliver presentations with confidence and have good attention to detail.
Develop strong relationships with clients and other agents/advisors
Other Details:
Salary: £65,000 - £110,000 + a competitive bonus/commission structure
Location: West-End based
