Handle are working alongside a music led membership body, on the search for a Senior Internal Communications Manager, the team are looking for someone with a thorough background in Internal Communications, a creative approach and strong exposure to c-suite staff.
Responsible for internal events, communicating the senior staffs messaging, and ensuring that this great company's fantastic work environment is communicated to all staff; this is a fantastic opportunity and a chance to take real ownership of the internal comms for the whole business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the internal communications strategy and execute alongside the internal communications team (1 direct report) Advise and partner with the CEO and c-suite team on strategic communications Renew and develop the communication channels, to ensure that messaging is driving the desired results Support for the wider HR team in delivering specific engagement initiatives Alongside the events team, delivering the communications events across the year You Will Have:
Previous experience at a senior level in Internal Communications Exposure to working with senior leadership, and advising them on best practice A knowledge of the creative industries and the issues that they face from a legal and corporate perspective A track record of delivering internal communications campaigns, testing and trying out multiple channels This is a great opportunity, so please do get in touch or apply to hear more!
