Senior Interior Designer

A top firm with a SOLID pipeline in London looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their sucsessful team. 
Working across commercial workplace, hotels, retail and residential, you will get a broad range of project experience working with a variety of clients across the globe from large brand names to smaller start ups.

Must have:

• Experience using Revit software 
• Commercial workplace experience will be favoured due to the project pipeline! 

Responsibilities:

- Prepare concept designs, to pitch for projects, competitions and potential clients
- Meeting with consultant teams to assist with design coordination
- Meeting & liaising with clients to assess and advise on project costs & technical specifications.
- Preparation of technical and 3D drawings; computer visualisation and CAD layout drawings; and preparation boards
- Managing client expectations and presenting the projects
- Running projects and managing junior interior designers throughout all stages of a project from concept to completion.
- Cost management and budget planning
- Preparation of presentations boards.
- Selection of finishes and materials and FF&E
