In this position, you will lead a range of commercial and residential design projects from start to finish. This role involves working closely with creative directors, maintaining client relationships, and managing the daily aspects of multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong background in both commercial and residential design. You should also be capable of mentoring junior designers while handling multiple projects with enthusiasm and positivity.
As the senior interior designer and team lead, you will be instrumental in guiding the studio's creative direction. Your key responsibilities will include developing detailed design packages, presenting innovative concepts to clients, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will participate in site meetings, manage FF&E budgets, and oversee project profitability.
