We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our team in the London office, from where we oversee projects in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the role of a Senior Interior Designer, or Senior Interiors Architect, with extensive creative competence
Professional degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
Experience of managing and mentoring a team
Experience leading multiple projects/packages
Ability to create programmes, manage deadlines, deliverables and budgets
Processing and developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with project team
Technical knowledge and ability to deliver technical drawing packages, including bespoke detailing
Knowledge of industry practices, local codes, and construction details
Excellent understanding of high-end design, and custom design processes
Site experience – having followed projects from Concept through to Construction
Extensive knowledge of furniture and finishes
Excellent design, presentation and graphics skills
Passion for keeping up to date with new developments and design trends in the design industry
The ability to visualise concepts and confidently explain, and present them to others
Interest in cultural, commercial, and hospitality sectors; prior experience in these sectors is a plus
Researching and developing innovative interior environments including concepts, design development and detail design (including visuals, modelling, rendering, technical design documentation)
Liaising with outside suppliers, contractors and specialists
Coordinate internally with teams, as well as externally with consultants and suppliers
Presenting ideas both internally and externally
Strong proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite and MS Office
Apply
