Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Interior Designer located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to work on and off sites. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), site supervision and project management. They will collaborate with clients and a team of specialists to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs for residential and commercial properties.
Qualifications
Space Planning and Architecture skills
Experience in creating construction drawings
Experience in executing projects and supervising sites
Strong background in interior design and implementation
Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and creativity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
Experience in the property investment industry is a plus
Experience in handling a project from design to turn-key execution
Must be already a UK resident, ideally located in central London
