Senior Interior Designer/Architect

Oyster Partnership are working exclusively with a Luxury Super Prime Real Estate Developer in London. They are well known for developing some of the most notable Luxury schemes in London and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to join their team.

The primary function of the Senior Interior Designer is a creative project production role focused on designing and supporting the day to day delivery of project content as well as generating ideas.
Key Responsibilities
The Design and Delivery of Project Content
Understands the project’s design brief and work towards its successful delivery
Works with the design team to prepare documentation for client presentations, including the use of CAD drawings, sketches, 3D models, rendered elevations and mood imagery.
Coordinates design proposals and development with internal and external design teams
Reviewing of initial draft of drawing packages.
Oversees workflow and deliverables for Project Designers in terms of delegation of tasks and communication within project teams.
Review drawing packages produced by external consultants and ensure the implementation of the design intent across all disciplines.
Attends site visits, installation of goods to site meets with the specified project timeframes.
Relevant Experience
Up to 8-10 years proven experience managing high-end residential projects from inception through to completion
Understanding of construction costs and a working knowledge of materials and suppliers and their respective costs
Hospitality experience is a must
Well-versed in interior architecture including spatial planning, joinery, finishes, etc
Well-versed in FF&E including furniture dimensions, suppliers, and price point
Qualifications
• At least one industry recognised diploma or degree in interior design, interior architecture or furniture design.
In return you will receive a salary up to £50,000 + Bonus.
