Senior Insurance Executive - Captives & Insurance

.We are seeking to employ a Senior Insurance Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing underwriting and technical insurance support on a number of complex clients, including captive insurance companies, capital market and commercial insurer transactions as needed, and adhering to tight deadlines, specifically:Compile and analyse risk information, insurance language and programs, claims and premium data and will maintain relationships with partner firms such as legal, broking and corporate secretarialPrepare, analyse and report on inward and outward insurance/reinsurance documents and agreementsPerform a high-level claims operational role, assisting colleagues and liaising with clients, adjusters and reinsurers on technical claims mattersHandle the general insurance administration of a portfolio of captive, commercial and insurance linked securities accountsTypical responsibilities include the drafting of policies, endorsements, certificates, invoices, reinsurance agreements and the general coordination of technical insurance mattersParticipation in new business development and prospect meetingsDevelop as part of the client service team additional services to existing clientsMaintenance and development of client relationshipsSkills and experience that will lead to successAn internationally recognised insurance qualification (ACII, CPCU or equivalent) is essentialProven and recent experience in Commercial Lines insurance with sound practical knowledge of all major classesExperience working with Captive insurance companies and Insurance Linked Securities is preferredExcellent communication skills along with the ability to deliver effective presentations to key stakeholdersHighly motivated and organised individual who is prepared to meet deadlines that may require time beyond normal business hoursVisit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
