Salary: �60,000 - �65,000 + 15% Bonus

Our client are due to embark on a significant growth arc, exploring new territories worldwide and need a talented and experienced Senior Insights Manager to help navigate this growth.

• Working closely with the NPD team, leading on ideation and developing the NPD research strategy at key stages during the Gate Process.
• Developing and tracking Brand KPIs through U&A studies, equity tracking and bespoke qualitative & quantitative research data.
• Bringing insight to the development and testing of advertising & comms globally to support the brand and consumer.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
  

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, particularly within FMCG Consumer Insights at a managerial level.
