If so we want to hear from you!We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insight Manager to join our Comercial & Marketing team. This role could be based remotely or in either of our Salford Quays, Manchester or Haywards Heath, West Sussex offices. As part of the newly formed Product function you’ll be responsible for developing the Insight function. You’ll define, gather, analyse, and distribute intelligence about customers, products, regulation, trends and competitors within the industry to inform Executives and Managers in making strategic decisions for the organisation.You will also maintain the external situational analysis of the markets, products and customers where we have propositions and for making recommendations regarding where we should look to develop new propositions and innovate.You’ll have a good capability in relation to primary research, exploring and validating consumer trends, informing the customer proposition development and assessment.You’ll also maintain a regular flow of prioritised and assessed ideas relating to innovation, products and services.Learning, evolving, adapting. When the data speaks, we listen!You’ll be great in this role if you have: A self-motivated and driven approach to workLeadership skills in building and developing a teamUnderstanding and knowledge of different primary research techniques Whats InvolvedRecruit and develop the insight talent required to deliver on the job purposeDevelop, deliver and maintain the annual Insight and research roadmapLead, inspire and coach a team of commercial and marketing professionals to deliver their individual and team objectivesAs part of the Product leadership team help to develop a functional strategy, plan and budget. Control the Insight and Research budget, making clear the cost and benefits to be derived from the Insight team each yearAs part of the senior commercial and marketing team help to embed a culture aligned to our core values across the department and broader leadership communityResearch, capture and analyse data to make recommendations for product development, innovation and strategic initiativesTo manage the matrix with key stakeholders, for example in Customer and Regulation regarding the external landscape and potential impacts for First CentralConduct research on competitor journeys and produce reports summarising findings and making actionable recommendationsConduct market research campaigns, including primary customer research where required, to identify market trends including product and competitor dimensionsIdentify a key benchmark group and perform macro market analysis and undertake financial reviews of competitor reports and company presentationsHalf year and Annual reportsPresentation to key stakeholders of salient pointsAssist with writing reports for senior stakeholders and designing and delivering presentationsResponsible for the production of management information and monthly dashboardsThird party agencies management.
